Vacuum forming works with a variety of plastic materials, such as ABS, PVC, and PETG, providing flexibility in material selection based on specific needs. We has 4 raw material production lines of ABS, HDPE, PC, PP,PS, ABS+PMMA, ABS+TPU, ABS+ASA, HDPE+TPO and other raw material, material can do flame retardant, anti-uv, and anti-aging properties have been successfully developed and suitable for more fields. According to customers' different needs and budget, product use environment, we will recommend you the appropriate material and thickness.And suggest alternative materials for you.
We have multi CNC mold processing centers, which can meet the mold processing of aluminum molds,resin mold,wood mold ect. We have raw materials, mold, product design, production and processing and export trade, we can offer customers with comprehensive and integrated plastic parts molding. We can also cooperate with customer mold modification.
Vacuum forming is a process which make plastic sheet into a 3D shape products, which need two material. One is the aluminum mold, and other one is the flat sheet,we will install the mold on the vacuum forming machine, and then heat the sheet material.After reaching a certain temperature, the vacuum pump begins to work, extract the air between the mold and the material, and travel a certain shape, and then cool and release the mold.we can provide customers with heavy gauge and thin gauge service, thin products will be produced in the high speed forming machine.
Depending on the thickness, we use different molding machines to achieve maximum efficiency.
We have 3 axis cutting machine and 5 axis cutting machine, 3 axis cutting for cutting plane products, such as tray cutting edge, the accuracy requirements are not high, 5 axis cutting machine for cutting products, the precision tolerance requirements are relatively high products.According to the different requirements of customers for tolerances, try our best to control within the range.
From mold to factory inspection, incoming material inspection, to random inspection during the production process, we will promptly discover and solve problems to ensure product quality and delivery cycle, and promptly follow up the production progress and feedback problems to customers. The random inspection personnel are strict Conduct random inspections according to customer requirements and pay special attention to problem points, record and provide feedback in a timely manner if found. Packaging is strictly in accordance with customer requirements and ensures that the goods are less likely to be damaged during transportation.
