Accuracy of Three Roller Rotary Bearings

The cages for three-row roller-type slewing support have integral, sectional and isolation block structures. The integral and sectional cages are made of 20 steel or ZL102 cast aluminium alloy. The isolation block type is made of Polyamide 1010 resin and ZL102 cast aluminium alloy. In recent years, with the continuous development of the material industry, nylon GRPA66.25 is also made of Polyamide 1010 resin and ZL102 cast aluminium alloy. Dimensional accuracy: 

1. Permissible deviation of inner diameter and outer diameter of slewing bearing;

2. Permissible deviation of center distance between inside and outside installation holes;

3. The allowable limit value of chamfer size;

Rotation accuracy: 

1. Permissible radial runout of inner and outer rings;
