Factors Affecting Parallel Difference And Ellipticity Of Rotary Bearing

Parallel difference and ellipticity are two important indexes in slewing support, which directly affect the accuracy of slewing support. Influencing factors of the following two indicators:

1. Ellipticity factor of slewing support: Including uneven force applied when workpiece is clamped radially. The blank has large surplus and high calorific value. The clamp should be loosened in time and then clamped. If necessary, the process can be changed into two steps of rough and fine turning. In addition, the material structure is not uniform and the heat treatment condition is not good.

2. Parallel error factors of slewing support: uneven jaw or unclean pad with iron chips. The parallelism between the cross beam of machine tool and the worktable is poor, so the accuracy detection of machine tool should be in place. When clamping, the workpiece is raised, and the copper rod is used to knock down before processing. Tool wear or poor rigidity of tool rod should be replaced and checked in time.
