The slewing bearing is a mechanical part that supports two components for relative rotation. It consists of an outer ring (with or without gear), an inner ring (with or without gear), rolling elements (steel balls or rollers), spacers or cages, seals, and grease nipples are composed of six parts, which can bear axial load, radial load and tilting moments. Slewing bearings have a wide range of applications in various construction machinery, industrial machinery, hoisting machinery and other fields.

The slewing bearing inner ring and outer ring are made of surface-hardened steel. When the user has no special requirements, 50Mn steel or 42CrMo steel is generally used. Other materials, such as aluminum, stainless steel, etc. can also be selected according to users’ specific requirements.
The rolling elements are generally made of high-carbon chromium bearing steel, the grade is GCr15, adopt overall quenching to achieve higher hardness.
The seal is generally made of oil-resistant nitrile rubber NBR, low-temperature resistant silicone rubber seals and high-temperature resistant fluorine rubber seals can also be selected according to different operating temperatures.
The slewing ring cage has integral type, segment type, spacer type and other structures. The integral and segmented cages are made of 20# steel, 45# steel or ZL102 cast aluminum alloy, brass, nylon and other materials. The spacer type is made of polyamide 1010 resin, nylon, brass, etc.
The grease nipples of the slewing rings are generally made of brass and stainless steel.
