Slewing bearing, as an important part of machinery, is known as the "joint of machines", and its importance is self-evident. Therefore, in the actual use process, special attention should be paid to its maintenance and repair. As far as the maintenance cycle of slewing support is concerned, there is much emphasis on it. So, how often is the most appropriate time for slewing support to be repaired?

1. For newly purchased products, it is better to stop working and check the Bolt Preloading moment once after using 100 working hours. If more than 10% of the bolts are found to be loose, check again in the 200th working hour.
2. Check every 500 working hours after use is stable. Of course, the check interval should be shortened as far as possible for the worse use environment.
3. If a bolt is found to be loosened below 80% of the prescribed moment after 2000 hours of accumulative work, the bolt and two adjacent bolts should be replaced. If it is found that 20% of the bolts are loosened to less than 80% of the specified moment, all the bolts should be replaced.
4. After 14,000 hours of accumulative work, all bolts should be replaced to ensure the effective operation of equipment with high rotation speed or continuous rotation or frequent work, refueling every 100 working hours. The time interval of adding lubricating grease should be further shortened in bad working conditions.
