A gear meshing center distance adjustable rotary support and its processing method are presented. The rotary support consists of a matching ring-less supporting ring and a ring-less supporting ring. The center of the installation hole without ring-supporting ring has an eccentricity e from the center of the ring-less supporting ring. This kind of slewing support can adjust the center distance between pinion gear on the main engine and ring bearing ring with slewing support, solve the reuse problem of the main frame with over-positioned installation holes, and ultimately achieve the goal of reducing the difficulty of processing the main engine, improving the working performance and service life of the slewing support.
1. The use part of slewing support: Tapered roller slewing support is suitable for bearing radial and axial combined load, which is mainly radial load. Usually two sets of slewing support are used in pairs, mainly in the front and rear wheel hub, active bevel gear, differential, reducer and other transmission parts of the car.
2. Permissible rotational speed of slewing support: under the condition of correct installation and good lubrication of slewing support, it is allowed to be 0.3-0.5 times of the limit rotational speed of slewing support. Normally, the limit speed of 0.2 times is the best.
3. Permissible inclination angle of slewing support: conical roller slewing support generally does not allow axis to incline relative to shell hole, if inclined, the maximum is not more than 2'.
4. Permissible temperature of slewing support: Under normal load, high temperature resistance of lubricant and sufficient lubrication, general slewing support is allowed to work at ambient temperature of - 30 ~150 ~C.
